Şivekar is a modern barbecue restaurant founded with entirely next-generation ecological engineering — smoke-free, odour-free and without extractor hoods. The familiar cook-it-yourself concept is fully modernised: without hoods, using specialised engineering, each table has its own smoke and odour absorption system aimed at flawless service. Şivekar’s atmospheric room, refined design and home-like comfort are considered in every detail.

As the Şivekar family, we work with dedication to serve our guests the finest meat. We select cattle from the Marmara region — best suited to the grill in fat distribution and flavour — and lamb from Thrace. We care that every guest who visits us tastes the same standard of quality.

Beyond our meats, we continue to lead in flavour with unforgettable hot appetisers and mezes. Every ingredient is chosen carefully; products brought from Anatolia’s fertile lands meet our modern flavours.
